There were no extra towels available after paying this additional fee. The hotel did not provide refill coffee pods.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

The location was excellent for seeing main attractions. I could walk to Topkapi and the Blue Mosque very easily. Many restaurants and shops were also nearby, this was quite nice. The staff showed great care, they remembered my coffee order and brought hot coffee without asking. Reception staff were friendly, they were super helpful.
Our room was clean, however it was small for four people with luggages. It was difficult to move around.

Staff was multilingual and spoke Russian and English fluently, very useful. Naz explained everything patiently to us in Russian, which helped a lot. Emre quickly resolved all my questions.

Breakfast had beautiful views of the Bosphorus, which I enjoyed every morning. Canan and Omer were wonderful at the restaurant, they provided really good service. I found the team created a positive atmosphere.

I appreciated the central location. I found key sites accessible by walking with ease. The staff gave many tips to explore the city in limited time. The room had fine linens with plush bedding.
The bed made a loud noise. A restful sleep was not possible. A room change was not possible.
